What’s your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please read our full returns policy for more information.

I’m looking to reorder a certain fabric, when will it be back in stock?
We keep our website inventory updated constantly but if you don’t see a certain fabric or product you need, please fill out our contact form or give us a call at (800) 329-7283 and we would be happy to help.

Can I visit your warehouse or buy your products in any stores?
Thank you for your interest. Our vast warehouse is not set up as a retail location at this time. Our products are also exclusive to our website.

If I order more than 1 yard of fabric does it come in a continuous piece?
Yes. The material is easy to cut if needed, but we find most customers want their fabric in one continuous piece. This also helps us cut down on waste.
